Registrations are now open for APrIGF 2025. The forum will be held at Nepal Administrative Staff College, Kathmandu, from 11-14 October 2025. Pre-registration is required for all on-site and online participants.

APrIGF 2025 is being held in an online and face-to-face format at Nepal Administrative Staff College located in Jawlakhel, Lalitpur.
Remote Participation
Participants may join remotely for free. You need to register to participate.

Travelling to Nepal
Be aware of Nepal’s customs regulations. Prohibited items include wildlife products and certain types of drugs. Please refer to the official Nepal Customs website for detailed information.
Visa
Foreigners traveling to Nepal can obtain an entry visa, commonly known as an On-Arrival Visa, at the port of entry. Additionally, this visa can be issued by Nepalese Diplomatic Missions abroad. The tourist visa allows for an initial stay, which can be extended, but the total duration of stay must not exceed 150 days within a single visa year, which runs from January to December.
